The Krasnoyarsk Technological Valley SEZ was created to develop the socio-economic, scientific, human, industrial and technological potential of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Yenisei Siberia in the interests of all its residents.
The main planned industrial and production specialization of the Krasnoyarsk Technological Valley SEZ is metallurgy, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, and construction products.
Project development goals:
- development of the processing industry and production of high-value-added goods;
- increasing the competitiveness of Russian-made industrial products;
- creation of modern, high-tech industries;
- creating favorable conditions for new investments, production development and reducing investor risks;
- creation of new jobs;
- increased exports of products;
- assistance in solving problems of industrial safety and ecology;
- modernization of external engineering and transport infrastructure for their use, including for the needs of the social sphere;
- development of competencies and new technologies in the field of deep aluminum processing.
Requirements for potential residents

The projects of potential residents of the SEZ provide for the production of aluminum processing products, as well as high-tech and innovative end products using aluminum.

The required amount of capital investments is at least 120 million rubles, including 80 million rubles for 3 years from the date of conclusion of the business agreement.

A commercial organization may become a resident of the Krasnoyarsk Technological Valley SEZ, with the exception of a unitary enterprise registered in the Krasnoyarsk Technological Valley SEZ in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on the territory of the city of Krasnoyarsk and planning to carry out industrial and production activities and (or) logistics activities in a special economic zone.
