The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation has signed an agreement to support two investment sites in the Leninsky district of Krasnoyarsk. Both facilities are storage and production facilities equipped with the necessary communications: water supply, sanitation and electricity systems are connected.
The first site includes a building with a total area of about 3 thousand m2 with a ceiling height of 21.6 m, located on a plot of land measuring 0.47 hectares. The second site consists of a room with an area of over 1100 m2 with a ceiling height of 18 m and a plot of 0.17 hectares. Both facilities are located in the development zone P2 (communal storage area), where more than 30 types of economic activities are allowed, including warehousing, production and distribution. This provides investors with ample opportunities to set up businesses of almost any profile.
Due to the proximity to urban transport routes and a large electrical substation, the sites have high logistical accessibility, which allows potential investors to minimize freight costs.
The premises are fully ready for use. Warehouses and logistics points are located in the neighboring buildings, which confirms the demand for the territory.
