For the first time, the Regional Industrial Development Fund of the region provided financing under the Industrial Mortgage program.
The Krasnoyarsk Europlast plant has received a loan of 200 million rubles to modernize the production of polymer packaging.
Alexander Filipishin, General Director of the Europlast plant: "This is a historic event for our plant – we became the first in the region to receive support under the Industrial Mortgage program. The investments will give a powerful impetus to development: we will completely reconstruct the workshop, introduce modern equipment and automated lines. This will allow us to produce high-quality products, increase production volumes and enter new sales markets. It is especially valuable that such support helps Russian enterprises become more competitive."
The modernization project includes several stages. First, the reconstruction of the production building will take place with an increase in space, as well as the modernization of engineering communications. Then new technological equipment will be installed and production lines will be retrofitted with automation of key processes. Finally, by 2030, it is planned to introduce new capacities and reach the design capacity.
The implementation of the project will allow the company to significantly increase production volumes by 349.6 million PET preforms and 252 million polymer caps per year. At the same time, the profitability of production should increase from 3.4% to 6.1%. This will strengthen the competitive position of the company, which retains a 30% market share in the Siberian Federal District.

The project corresponds to the priorities of Russia's technological sovereignty and is included in the list of high-tech products of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Industrial Mortgage is a government program to support industrial enterprises. It provides for the provision of preferential loans for the purchase, construction, modernization or reconstruction of real estate used for industrial production. The maximum loan amount is 200 million rubles; the loan term is up to 7 years; the interest rate is from 4% to 6%.
