The Department of Subsoil Use for the Central Siberian District (Tsentrsibnedra) has announced tenders for the right to use the Porozhinskoye field. The date of the auction is December 25, 2025, the application can be submitted on the website torgi.gov.ru until December 11th. Russian legal entities are allowed to participate in the auction.

The Porozhinskoye manganese ore deposit is located in the Turukhansky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, 600 km north of Krasnoyarsk. It is one of the largest in Russia, with total reserves estimated at 30 million tons.
The winner of the auction will be given a subsoil plot with an area of 138.8 km2 for use for a period of 25 years from the date of state registration of the license.
