Individual entrepreneur Sergey Belsky intends to open a parking lot for specialized machinery and equipment in the Talnakh district of Norilsk in 2026. The entrepreneur received the status of a resident of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation with the assistance of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation. The estimated investment volume is 19 million rubles.
According to the initiator of the project, trucks are actively used in Norilsk, including in connection with the implementation of a comprehensive city development plan. In addition, a number of commercial organizations that transport concrete, cement and other building materials are located on the territory of the Norilsk Industrial district. All these works involve special equipment that needs to be provided with storage and maintenance facilities both in summer and winter.
"For residents of Talnakh, the issue of storing special equipment is quite acute. We are particularly concerned about cases when dump trucks or front-end loaders are left with their engines running under windows in winter in courtyards. The implementation of our project will be the first step in solving this problem," said Sergey Belsky.
The AZRF is the largest economic zone with a single set of tax and administrative preferences for investment activities. Currently, 37 residents are implementing projects in the Arctic zone of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, and the total investment is 4.02 billion rubles. As a result of the projects, more than 600 jobs are being created. The functions of the management company for working with residents of the Arctic zone in the Krasnoyarsk Territory are performed by the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation.
